Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must include the original sales receipt.

MWG Apparel Corp. is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed. Credit will be issued at that time.

MWG Apparel designs and manufactures western wear to the highest standards. MWG Apparel takes pride in each piece, intending to provide the longest lasting clothing in the industry.

What is the lifespan of a garment?

The life of a garment is defined as 25 washes. When a garment has been washed in excess of 25 cycles, the garment cannot be guaranteed to perform as designed. After a garment has been washed 25 times or more, the garment has reached the end of its lifespan and in no longer covered by warranty. Within the lifespan of a garment, MWG will protect each purchase against product defects and repairable damages. MWG Apparel does not protect against normal wear and tear or mistreatment of the garment.

What is normal wear and tear?

No matter how well you take care of our gear, nothing lasts forever. Clothing worn and washed regularly will eventually degrade and no longer perform as designed. Signs of aging such as fading fabric, frayed cuffs and collar, stains and stench, should be carefully considered when evaluating applicability for warranty. We do our best to avoid the need for replacement, but eventually, that time does come.

What isn't covered by our warranty?

Improper care is not covered by our warranty. Upon your purchase, consult our Washing & Care instructions. These instructions can be found on each product page and on the tag of each garment. 

Repairs

We do our part to reduce waste and save you money by extending the lifespan of each garment with repair services. Manufacturing defects will be cared for, repaired, or replaced by MWG Apparel at no additional charge. For small tears, rips, and other damage, MWG Apparel will repair garments at our factory or at repair depots set up for larger programs. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of these repairs.
